Play Opportunities
Our Play Opportunities give families with disabled children a chance to get out and about and enjoy themselves. Visiting places that many may not even attempt by themselves, and meeting other families in similar situations with the confidence of knowing they are supported.
We offer a varied programme of sessions every weekday of the school holidays at different venues ranging from play and leisure centres, to local attractions and special schools, as well as at our own premises.
Our Playworkers, The CHAOS Crew, support the children allowing parents to sit back and take a break. Parents/carers must be present at all sessions.
REGISTRATION
You can register at any time, please contact us with your name, address and telephone number on 01202 855105 or email using the form on the Feedback page. We will then send you a registration pack by post.
Families who are registered with us will receive a copy of our Timetable and a Play Opportunities Request Form in the post, a few weeks before each school holiday.
Please read all the instructions and notes carefully. Complete and return the enclosed Request Form to the office by the date shown.
We will then contact you, on the number you have given on the form, to confirm your booking.

NEW Serendipity Sams Extra Evening Sessions
We have organised monthly private CHAOS sessions at Serendipity Sams, Reid Street, Christchurch BH23 2BT - from 6.30 - 8.30pm.
To book these sessions only please telephone Tessa at the office on 01202 855105 at any time. These can be booked in addition to any Play Opportunity sessions.
