Direct Payments - Help and Direction
Our Direct Payments Bureau and Advisory Service is managed by Wendy Howell. Wendy has been providing this service for us for around four years now and it has become an important part of our Coping with Chaos service helping families throughout the whole of Dorset.
If you are awarded Direct Payments, Wendy will arrange to visit you either in your own home or here at the Chaos Office in West Moors. She will help you through the process of finding a Carer, Contracts of Employment, Payroll and visit you at home at no extra charge when necessary to guide and support you throughout the time that you are in receipt of Direct Payments.
Please remember that you are entitled to request funding to administer your Direct Payments Scheme. This means that Wendy will be able to help you at no financial cost to your Family.
